Pho Vietz @ Queensbay Mall
Let's learn some Saigonese pronounce before the food today, if you think this restaurant pronounce "po viet", you are wrong! I done some searching, it supposed to be pronounce as "fah Viet". Because i read "po viet" at first too, damn it.
There isn't too much of choices in menu, but it can simply satisfy your hungry stomach.
Vietnamese Grilled Chicken Dried Vermicelli (烤鸡粗米粉干)
The chicken is good, marinated and decent grilled taste which enhanced the dishes so well. Combine vermicelli and veggie with some sweet and sour sauce it will open up your appetite instantly.
Caramel Sliced Pork Belly Set (豆鼓焖猪肉)
The braised pork belly is good, not too heavy taste of 豆鼓. The sides are quiet unique, althought the soup taste weird but i still managed to enjoy it.
Cherry ordered this cup of drinks named "Six Treasures", it taste like chinese style "tong shui". The price is not cheap here, but the portion are definitely large. It might be one of the decent Vietnamese restaurant in Penang if they keep their food quality standard this way.
