Air Jordan 1, dreams come true.
Back to 80's, Nike asked Peter Moore to design the sillhouette of new shoes, which is the infamous sneakers now (Air Jordan 1).Yes, you must be confused. isn't it Tinker Hatfield, the father or Air Jordan design Jordan 1? The answer is NO!
Peter Moore were once Nike Creative Director back to the time, he also created the gigantic three stripes Adidas logo. In fact, he is the designer who created Jordan 1 sillhouette. Tinker Hatfield join Nike Jordan teams later and designed Jordan 3 until Jordan 15 only.
If you ask me why not Chicago or Bred colorway? I'm gonna be very honest to tell you, that is too expensive to afford. In 2014, Fragment Design team up with Nike and release the blue, black & white color combination of Jordan 1, and the highest resell price for a pair of Jordan 1 belongs to them ever since the release.
4 years after the collaboration released, Nike brought us this similar colorway called "Game Royal", there is only minor differences compared to the Fragment Design Jordan 1. And so the media named it "Little Fragment".
I had never see a single pair of decent Jordan 1 in any Malaysia Nike retail store, never had a chance to try the fitting, few months ago i walked into a resell store and i saw this "Little Fragment", only one pair in store and that's my size. How are the odds? That is the first time i tried the sneakers on. Surprisingly the shoes are not heavy as i thought before, i managed to cop this sneakers in resell price of course.A pair of dream shoes that im after so many years, comes with hefty price tag of RM1000 (retail price RM659)
